摘要
镀液单位体积的重量是焦磷酸钾和焦磷酸铜含量的函数。当用EDTA滴定法测出焦磷酸铜含量之后,便可根据函数关系求出焦磷酸钾的含量。实验结果表明,本法简便快捷,分析结果的准确度和精密度完全能满足生产要求。
The weight of copper plating solution in a unit volume was function of contents of cupric pyrophosphate and potassium pyrophosphate. The content of cupric pyrophosphate was determined by EDTA titration method, and then compute the content of potassium pyrophosphate on the basis of functional connections. The result of test shows the mehtod is simple and rapid. Accuracy and precision can satisfy needs of production.
