摘要
以P(NIPAM-co-20%MAA)高分子凝胶微球为模板,成功制备了CuS-P(NIPAM-co-20%MAA)硫化铜-高分子复合微球材料。研究表明,复合微球呈现出较为粗旷、清晰的表面结构,且发现其表面形貌受控于硫代乙酰胺(TAA)在酸性介质中缓慢分解释放H2S气体的速率。研究为可控合成金属硫化物-高分子复合微球的表面形貌提供了一条可能途径。
Copper sulfide-P(N-isopropylacrylamide-co-20% methacrylic acid) ( CuS-P( NIPAM-co-20% MAA) ) composite microspheres with surface patterned structure have been synthesized in a controllable manner by means of the polymer microgel template method. It has been demonstrated that composite microspheres exhibited coarse and clear structure. The formation of CuS particles can be regulated by controlling the decomposition of thioacetamide (TAA) in acidic solution. And the surface morphology of the composite microspheres has been found to be influ enced by the amount of copper sulfide precipitated and hence by the rate of H2S gas generation. This study might provide a potential route for controlling the synthesis of various metal sulfide - polymer composites with patterned surface structures.
