摘要
目的检测女性代谢综合征患者血清脂联素、瘦素、血脂水平以及体质量指数、腰围,明确这些指标之间以及它们与代谢综合征的关系。方法入选女性116例,其中代谢综合征患者56例,健康者60例。受试者于清晨空腹测量血压、腰围、身高和体质量,计算体质量指数,同时抽血测定空腹血糖、血脂、脂联素、瘦素。结果女性代谢综合征患者血清脂联素水平和瘦素水平低于健康女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而体质量指数、腹围三酰甘油、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇的水平要比健康者高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。空腹血糖和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇在女性代谢综合征患者和健康者之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。女性代谢综合征患者脂联素与总胆固醇(r=-0.432,P=0.009)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(r=-0.404,P=0.014)呈负相关。瘦素与其它观察指标无明显相关性。结论女性代谢综合征患者血清脂联素水平和瘦素水平低于健康女性,而体质量指数、腹围、三酰甘油、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇的水平要比健康女性高。女性代谢综合征患者脂联素与总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇呈负相关。
Objective To evaluate the changes of plasma lipid profiles, adiponectin, leptin, body mass index (BMI), and waist circumference (WC) in female patients with metabolic syndrome. Methods Fifty-six female patients with metabolic syndrome, and 60 female controls were enrolled in this study. Blood pressure, body height, body mass, body mass index, waist circumference,plasma lipid profiles, and fasting blood glucose (FBG) were measured in the morning after an overnight fast. Plasma levels of adiponectin and leptin were determined by the enzyme linked immunsorbent assay(ELISA) method. Results The adiponeetin and leptin levels in female metabolic syndrome patients were lower significantly than those in healthy female controls ( P 〈 0.05 ). BMI, WC, triglyceride ( TG), total cholesterol (TC), and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) were higher in metabolic syndrome patients( P 〈0.05). There were no statistically significant difference between metabolic syndrome patients and healthy controls with respect to FBG and high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) ( P 〉0. 05). Serum adiponectin level was negatively correlated with TC ( r =-0. 432, P =0. 009) and LDL C ( r =-0. 404, P =0. 014) in female patients with metabolic syndrome. There were no linear correlations between serum leptin level and other above mentioned parameters. Conclusion The adiponectin and leptin levels in female metabolic syndrome patients were lower than those in healthy female,while BMI, WC,TG,TC,LDL-C higher than those in healthy female. Serum adiponectin level was negatively correlated with TC and LDL-C in female patients with metabolic syndrome.
