摘要
白炭黑是水合SiO2,属于纳米材料。白炭黑能大幅度提高胶料的物理机械性能,减少胶料滞后、降低轮胎的滚动阻力,受到广泛的关注。白炭黑具有特殊的表面结构(带有表面羟基和吸附水)、特殊的颗粒形态(粒子小,比表面积大等)和独特的物理化学性能,广泛应用于橡胶、塑料、涂料、医药、日用化工诸多领域。本文介绍了国内外白炭黑的表面改性研究趋势,指出白炭黑是一种有发展前景的产品。
Silica is hydration SiO2,and it is a kind of nanomaterial. Silica can enhance significantly the physical mechanical property of the sizing material reduces the lag the sizing material to reduce tire's rolling resistance to receive the widespread attention. The white carbon black which has the special surface texture (to have superficial hydroxyl and absorbed water),the special pellet shape(granule is small,is bigger than and so on surface area),and the unique physical chemistry performance, widely applies in the rubeer, the plastic, the coating, the medicine ,everyday use chemical many domains. The research trend for surface modification of silica at home and overseas was introduced in this paper. It was pointed out that silica had development prospect.
