摘要
推进“两业”联动，要靠企业市场化运作，也需要相关政策支持。制造业是我国国民经济的支柱产业，也是物流社会化的需求基础。物流业是重要的生产『生服务业，对于制造业结构调整和产业升级具有重要作用。制造业与物流业产业关联度高，协同发展空间大。推进制造业与物流业联动发展，不仅是提升制造业核心竞争力的重要手段，也是促进物流业发展的基本途径。
The manufacturing is one of the pillar industries in the country, and the base of socialization of logistics as well. Logistics industry is an important producer services, and plays an crucial part in the adjustment and upgrading of manufacturing industrial structure. There is a strong link between manufacturing and logistics, and also enormous room for coordinated development. The follows are proposals: 1. Making the joint development of manufacturing and logistics industry into the major project of pressing ahead to upgrade the manufacturing industrial; 2. Developing of the socialization of the logistic demands of manufacturing enterprise; 3. Supporting logistics enterprises to strengthen service capabilities of integration;4. Integrating and advancing the logistic function of manufacturing centralized area; 5. Building logistics service marketing system and common information platform; 6. Encouraging logistics enterprises to trust and replace the logistic demands of manufacturing enterprise; 7. Promoting information sharing and standard abutting joint between manufacturing and logistics industry; 8. Establish evaluation system for logistic moving; 9. Adopting fiscal and taxation policies of joint development of manufacturing and logistics industry; 10. Organizing the implementation of the demonstration project and the major project of joint development.
