摘要
本文通过对CBD现代服务业集聚发展的影响因素分析,提出CBD现代服务业集聚所经历的形成、快速集聚、稳定发展和衰退的四个阶段,梳理出CBD现代服务业集聚发展的一些规律性的共同特点。
This paper analyzes the influential factors for the concentration and development of modem service industry in CBD. It puts forward the four stages including formulation, rapid concentration, steady development and decline, which modem service industry has undergone in the process of concentration. Thus, the regularities and characteristics in common are summarized for the concentration and development of modem service industry in CBD.
