摘要 [目的]筛选出适合甘菊生长的栽培基质。[方法]以河沙为对照,以蛭石、珍珠岩和草炭为原料配制成4种人工栽培基质,研究不同栽培基质对甘菊播种苗生长的影响。[结果]处理D中甘菊株高、真叶数和茎粗的增长速度显著大于其他处理,处理B、C中的甘菊生长也较快,处理A、E中的甘菊生长缓慢,长势不佳。处理D中甘菊的株高生长量与其他处理差异极显著,处理C、D中甘菊的真叶数和茎粗生长量与处理A、B、E差异极显著。处理D、B的侧根长及侧根数与处理A、E差异极显著,处理D的侧根数与其他处理差异极显著,处理A、E的侧根长及侧根数无显著差异。处理D的干鲜重与其他处理差异极显著,处理C的干鲜重与处理A、B、E差异极显著。[结论]基质蛭石+草炭(1∶1)是甘菊比较理想的无土栽培基质。 [ Objective] The aim was to screen out the culture substrate suitable for the growth of Dendranthema lavandulifolium. [Method ] With river sand as CK, 4 kinds of artificial culture substrates were prepared with vermiculite, perlite and peat as raw materials to study the effects of different culture substrates on the growth of sown D. lavandulifolium seedlings. [ Result] The increasing speeds of plant height, true leaf number and stem diameter of D. lavandulifolium in Treatment D were significantly bigger than that in the other treatments, the D. lavandulifolium in Treatment B and C also grew relatively fast, that in Treatment A and E grew slowly and their growth vigor was bad. The longitudinal increment of D. lavandulifolium in Treatment D had extremely significant difference from that in the other treatments and the true leaf number and stem-diameter increment of D. lavandulifolium in Treatment C and D had extremely significant difference from that in Treatment A, B and E. The lateral root lengths and numbers in Treatment D and B had extremely significant difference from that in Treatment A and E. The lateral root number of Treatment D had extremely significant difference from that in the other treatments and the lateral root lengths and numbers in Treatment A and E had no significant difference. The dry and fresh weights in Treatment D had extremely significant difference from that in the other treatments and that in Treatment C had extremely significant difference from that in Treatment A, B and E. [ Conclusion] The substrate vermiculite + peat ( 1 : 1 ) was relatively ideal soilless culture substrate for D. lavandulifolium.
