水培条件下不同浓度硅对小麦幼苗生长的影响 被引量:4

摘要 [目的]研究硅在生理条件下对小麦幼苗生长的影响。[方法]以小麦幼苗为试验材料,以添加霍格雷氏培养液组为对照组,以分别添加由霍格雷氏所配制的硅处理液为试验组,使硅最终浓度为60、120、180 mg/L,在水培条件下研究硅对小麦幼苗生长的影响。[结果]浓度120-180 mg/L硅可以提高小麦幼苗生物量;浓度60-180 mg/L硅对小麦幼苗茎根比有降低作用;浓度60-180 mg/L硅可以降低小麦幼苗叶片组织叶绿素含量和幼苗叶片可溶性蛋白含量,提高小麦幼苗可溶性糖含量。添加浓度60-180 mg/L硅能够提高小麦幼苗生物量和叶片组织可溶性糖含量,但显著地降低小麦叶片组织叶绿素、可溶性蛋白质含量以及茎根比。[结论]试验条件下施加硅对小麦幼苗的生长有抑制作用。 [ Objective ] The effect of silicon treatment on the physiological growth of wheat seedling was studied. [ Method ] The effect of silicon treatment on the growth of wheal seedling under hydroponics culture was studied with wheal seedling being taken as experimental material, and the treatments were added with tile silicon liquid prepared with Hougeleisi solution with the final .concentration of silicom: 60,120 -180 mg/L and tire CK was added with Hougeleisi solution. [ Results] Tire concentration of silicon of 120 - 180 mg/l. couht improve the hiomass of wheat seedling; the treatment of the concentration of silicon of 60 - 180 mg/L could reduce the ratio of stem to root, the content of chlorophyll and soluble protein in leaf of wheat seedling; but raise the content of soluhle sacc, hamse in the leaf of wheat seedling and improve the hiomass of wheat seedling, respeetively. [ Conclusion ] Under tire experimental condition, the silicon-adding euuht inhibit the grouth of wheat seedling.
