摘要
为解决航发研制过程由串行到并行的转变而引起的问题,全面表达和维持航发研制过程中各多功能小组及小组成员间应满足的关系,本文分析了航发研制中的约束网络层次结构,建造了一个支持并行设计的约束管理系统,并以整体叶盘为例,创建了叶盘约束网络,应用于整体叶盘的建模系统,模拟多功能小组协同工作,在设计阶段就反映下游活动的需求,保证设计一次成功。这项工作为在航发研制中应用并行工程提供了支持工具。
In order to solve the problems caused by transition from sequential engineering to concurrent engineering in aeroengine research and development,to give the overall representation and sustain the comprehensive relationship among the multifunctional teams and the team members,the hierarchic structure of constraint network in the research and development of an engine was analysed,and a general constraint management system for supporting concurrent design has been developed.The system imitates the collaborative work of multifunctional teams and considers the needs of follow-up activities simultaneously in the design stage.As an example,a blisk constraint network of a given turbofan engine has been worked out for the blisk feature modeling system.This work provides a supporting tool for application of the concurrent engineering to the aeroengine research and development.
