摘要
建立了描述某台1900t/h超临界参数锅炉内置式分离器启动过程的数学模型,利用所建立的模型对该锅炉在由冷态到纯直流运行阶段的启动过程中分离器的动态特性进行了仿真研究,探讨了燃烧率控制规律对分离器启动过程的影响。
A starting mathematical model of the built-in separator of a 1 900 t/h supercritical boiler is described. Based on this model,the dynamic performance of the separator started from cold state to the pure once -through operating stage can be simulated and the effect of burning rate control on the start- up process is also discussed. The conclusion is useful to direct optimal design and operation of such kind boilers.
