摘要
在湿式石灰石洗涤法脱硫工艺中,喷淋层管组的设计是否合理可靠将直接影响到整个脱硫系统的运行安全性,而整个喷淋层管组结构复杂,形式多样,难于采用普通的解析法对其进行分析设计。本文采用有限元分析法,并结合ANSYS有限元分析软件,对华能电厂某燃煤机组脱硫工程项目中的喷淋层管组,通过建立其数学模型,引入各种约束和载荷,从位移、应力、剪切等多方面对其进行模拟分析,从而了解其在实际运行工况下的各状态参数是否在设计许可范围之内,并达到优化设计的目的。
In the wet limestone washing process, whether the design of spray tubes is reasonable and liable will have a direct effect on the safe operation of the whole desulphurization systems, while the spray tubes are so complicated and type- various that it is difficult to adopt the common analysis methods to design. In this paper, Finite Element Analysis(FEA) combining with ANSYS were used for spray tubes in some coal - burning turbine desulfurization project in Huaneng Power Factory. The simulated analysis was carried out from displacement, stress, shear, etc by building its mathematic model to lead to various constraint and loads, so that whether the parameters in all states of practical operation are allowable in the design requirements and the purpose of optimized design was achieved.
