摘要
介绍了光声光谱仪与PC机联接组成的光声光谱数据采集和控制系统。系统硬件包括放大器、模数转换器和微机。该系统具有采样速度快、分辨率高、数据处理方便等特点。同时运用小波分析方法对光声光谱信号进行滤噪处理,可以改善信噪比和检出限,特别有利于弱信号的检出和重叠峰的分离。最后列举了应用实例。
A datu collection and control system for photoacoustic spectroscopy is edscribed. The hardware of the system is composed of an amplifier, an A/D convrter and a PC. The system features rapid sampling, high resolution and conenience of data processing. By using wavelet analysis, the noise of photoacoustic spectrum signals can be filtered to improve N/S ratio and detection limit. This method is very useful for detection of weak signals and separation of overlapped peaks.
