摘要
以功率分流式行星减速器中薄壁齿圈为研究对象,利用ANSYS构建了结构的有限元模型,并采用模态叠加法计算其在动态啮合力作用下的结构动响应,得到了额定工况及行波共振情况下齿圈节点位移及动应力响应的时域历程,对节点位移动响应中的频率成分做出了分析。就齿圈转速、与齿圈啮合的行星轮个数及齿圈厚度对其动响应的影响做出了讨论,为齿圈结构的设计提供了理论依据。
The finite element model of the ring gear of the planetary gear system was established by using ANSYS, and the dynamic response of the ring gear is researched by using finite element method, Then the time history of response of node displacement and stress are obtained, and the effects of the rotate speed of the ring gear, the number of planete gears and the thickness of the rim on the response of node displacement are researched. The node displacement response is done when travelling wave vibration happened. Theoretical guideline to the design of ring gear is provides useful .
