COKING BEHAVIOR OF NAPHTHALENE OLIGOMERIZATION OVER SO 2- 4/ZrO 2 SOLID SUPERACID CATALYST

摘要 仔细研究了萘在SO2-4/ZrO2固体超强酸催化剂上进行齐聚反应时的结焦规律.结果表明,这种结焦反应是一种自失活的催化反应,反应初期焦已大量生成,随后焦的生成量平缓增加.这种焦主要以甲苯不溶吡啶可溶(TIPS)组分为主,含有较少量的吡啶不溶(PI)组分.烧焦反应结果表明,这是一种轻焦,易被氧化除去.焦的热解产物表现出较好的偏光显微形态. Coking behavior of naphthalene oligomerization over SO 2- 4/ZrO 2 solid superacid was studied in detail. The results indicated that this kind of coking reaction was a self deactivated catalytical reaction and the coke was produced largely in the early stage of reaction and then increased slowly. Most of the coke was soluble in pyridine (≈90%). The coke could be easily removed by oxidation at low temperature. The pyrolysis product of the coke exhibited excellent anisotropic texture.
