摘要
采用ESCA,TPR及高压连续流动反应色谱等技术研究了在WNi/Al2O3中引入超稳Y型分子筛(USY)对载体表面性质及催化剂加氢脱氮活性的影响.结果表明:USY可明显改善W和Ni的分散状态,提高催化剂的总酸,并可调变B酸和L酸的分布;加入USY可提高催化剂的比表面积,但不利于发挥Ni的助剂作用;加入适宜量的USY,可明显提高催化剂的加氢脱氮活性.向Al2O3载体中引入15%USY,可使催化剂脱氮率提高约20%.
The surface property and the HDN activity of W Ni/Al 2O 3 catalyst by adding some ultrastable Y (USY) zeolite onto the support have been investigated by means of ESCA, TPR and high pressure continuous flow micro reactor techniques. The experimental results show that (1) USY can modify the dispersion of W and Ni on the support surface and the acidic property of the catalyst; (2) USY can increase the surface area of the catalyst, but decrease the effect of promoter Ni; (3) The HDN activity of the catalyst with proper amount of USY is increased. Under the given experimental conditions, the HDN activity of W Ni/Al 2O 3 USY catalyst with 15%USY has been increased by about 20%.
