摘要 结合上海长江大桥崇明岛接线工程对填沙路基施工工艺进行了研究。提出了合理的填沙路基结构设计方案、碾压厚度、碾压机械组合以及施工过程控制要点等。研究结果提出沙料外侧1.5m部分采用土工布每0.4m分层包裹加固;每层松铺厚度采用30cm;压实机械采用YZ8JC和YZ14JC;施工中要清表、洒水和推平、碾压。 Combined with Shanghai Yangtze River Bridge project in Chongming Island, the construction technique of road embankment by filling sand has been studied in this paper. Several points have been presented including reasonable embankment structure design plan, rolling compaction thickness, the combination of rolling compaction machine and the construction process monitoring, etc. The results showed four points:1)the outside part of sand about 1.5 m should adopt geotextile to cover and strengthen at every 0.4 m; 2) every loose laying depth should be 30 cm; 3)the rolling compacting machine should adopt YZ8JC and YZ14JC; 4)cleaning the surface, watering, levelling and rolling should be done during the construction.
