摘要
实验以聚乙烯醇(PVA)1788和PVA1799作复合保护胶体,二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)和壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(OP-10)作复合乳化剂,乙二醛为交联剂,过硫酸钾(KPS)为引发剂,反应温度为(75±2)℃,以种子半连续乳液聚合工艺.引入不饱和羧酸单体,合成改性的聚乙酸乙烯酯(PVAc)乳液。采用单体滴加工艺,考察了配方中丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、不饱和羧酸单体甲基丙烯酸(MAA)、保护胶体聚乙烯醇(PVA)以及乳化剂对乳液性能和聚合过程的影响;实验结果表明,BA用量(相对于配方中单体总质量)1%~9%、w(MAA)=4.5%到改性PVAc乳液中,改性PVAc乳液冻融循环6次,-18℃冻结6个月融化后可恢复良好流动性,是一种抗冻性及贮存稳定性优良的乳液胶黏剂。
Using anionic emulsifier SDS and nonionic emulsifier OP-10 as composite emulsifier and potassium persulfate as initiator and oxaldehyde as crosslinker, a new kind of vinyl acetate copolymer emulsion modified by methacrylic acid (MAA) was synthesized by seed emulsion at (75±2) ℃. With mixed-monomer adding techniques, the effects of butyl acrylate (BA), MAA, protective colloids PVA and emulsifier on the properties of the emulsion and the emulsion polymerization process were examined. The results indicated that the properties of the copolymer emulsion is excellent with 1%- 9% BA(based on total monomers in the formulation ) and 4.5% MAA; there is a no great change after 6 time of freeze-thaw cycle; product re-mehed after frozen for 6 months also exhibited good flow ability. It can be used as an excellent emulsion adhesive for porous material.
