摘要 聚酰胺酯是聚酰亚胺的重要预聚体,本文介绍和讨论了芳香聚酰胺酯的合成方法、物理化学性质及其在微电子等高技术领域的应用。 Aromatic poly(amide ester) is important precursor of aromatic polyimide.Synthesis motheds,physical and chemical properties of aromatic poly(amid ester) as well as its application in microelectron were reviewed.
