摘要
本文研究了如何提出合理的预期价格，保证供给和需求趋于均衡，从而实现价格波动的可控性。
In present paper we show how the demand and supply can tend towards equilibrium by means of suit-able expecting price,and then the controllability of price changes can be acquired.
