The paper introduces the management manners and existing problems of paper medical records in various stages of history, explains the application of history medical records management system, including digitalizing the paper records, imaging clarity technolo- gy, security access and management, comprehensive application and so on, so as to provide convenience for the co - sharing and use of history medical records.
