过程管理与项目管理间动态循环优化技术研究

摘要 通过研究项目管理理论和过程管理理论间的内在联系,提出了一套企业过程管理和项目管理的集成框架,并且基于该框架设计了包括过程管理层循环以及项目实施层循环在内的动态循环优化模型。最后探讨了优化模型中涉及到的过程仿真优化技术以及项目计划动态调整技术。循环优化技术的应用将为企业缩短生产过程改进周期、提高对生产环境的应变能力提供强有力的支持。 By researching the internal relationship between project management theory and process management theory, an integrated framework on enterprise process management and project management was proposed. Then the dynamic and cyclic optimization model based on this framework was designed which involved both cycle in process management layer and cycle in project implementation layer. The process simulation optimization technology and the dynamic adjus- ting technology of project plan related in the framework were also discussed. The usage of cyclic optimization technology will strongly support the enterprise to shorten the manufacture process modified period, and improve the emergency ability to the manufacture environment.
