摘要
论述了CO变换工艺的选择及流程,生产操作过程中温度、汽气比、系统阻力、煤气变换量的控制,变换效率及能耗情况。所采用的CB-3型催化剂耐硫,低温活性好,活性温度范围宽。实际生产表明,该工艺变换效率高,能耗低。
The selection and flow of CO conversion process, the temperature, steam-gas ratio, system resistance, control of coal gas conversion volume, conversion efficiency and energy consumption during production operation are discussed. The CB-3 type catalyst used is tolerant to sulfur, has good low-temperature activity and large activity temperature range. The practical production shows that the process has high conversion efficiency and low energy consumption.
