摘要
根据供应链企业合作关系的内涵及其形成动因,指出构建供应链企业合作关系的必要性和迫切性,并结合我国供应链企业合作状况,提出我国供应链企业合作关系的构建机制,明确建立供应链企业间的信任机制、信息共享机制和共赢机制是构建我国供应链企业合作关系的关键。
The fine cooperative relationship among enterprises influences the efficiency of the supply chain positively.Based on the cooperation relationship connotation and its forming agents,the necessities of construction are illuminated.The construction mechanisms of the cooperation relationship of the supply chain enterprise in our country are proposed by unifying its condition in our country,which of enterprise＇s trust,sharing information and win-win are the sticking points to construct it in our country.
