摘要
近年来在许多生物体中发现了含硒转移核糖核酸，建立了数种分离提纯含硒转移核糖核酸的方法，研究了硒在其中的存在形式及硒的进入机制，对含硒转移核糖核酸在生物体中的功能进行了初步的研究。其中，含硒转移核糖核酸的确切生物功能还需作进一步研究。本文就含硒转移核糖核酸的研究进展进行了概述。
In recent years,tRNA containing selenium has been discoveried in many organisms.Several methods to separate and purify tRNA containing selenium have been set up.Existing form of selenium in tRNA and mechanism for selenium to combine with tRNA have been studied,and also its biological function has been preliminary studied.The biological function of tRNA containing selenium remains to be improved.
