噻唑蓝法检测中药黄芪等复方制剂对人白血病细胞的影响

摘要 目的:运用噻唑蓝(MTT)法检测3种不同浓度中药黄芪复方药液对人白血病细胞的影响。方法:分离人白血病骨髓单个核细胞,MTT法检测不同浓度中药黄芪复方药液对细胞生长的影响。结果:浓度为1g/mL的药液与0.5g/mL、1.5g/mL药液比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。浓度0.5g/mL与1.5g/mL药液比较差异无统计学意义。结论:中药黄芪药液对人白血病细胞体外生长抑制的影响不与药物浓度成正比。 Objective:To determine the sensitivity of Leukemic Cell to the three different concentrations of tranditional medi- cine fomular of Huangqi by MTT assay. Methods :Peripheral marrow mononuclear ceils (BMMC) from human leukemic bone mar- row by Ficoll. To determine the sensitivity of Leukemic Cell to the three different concentrations of tranditional medicine fomular of Huangqi by MTTassay. Results: lg/mL concentration of the liquid and 0. 5g/mL, 1.5g/mL liquid differences were statistically significant comparison (P 〈0.05 ). There was no significant difference between the 0.5g/mL and the 1.5g/mL. Conclusion:The effects of the liguid on the human leukemia cells in vitro growth inhibition were non-propor tional to the concentration of drug.
