摘要
目的:观察中西医结合治疗维持性血液透析(血透)慢性肾衰竭(CRF)肾性贫血的疗效。方法:采用中西医结合的方法治疗维持性血透CRF肾性贫血36例,并与单纯西医治疗的36例进行对比观察。结果:治疗组总有效率91.67%,显著优于对照组69.44%(P<0.05);治疗组RBC、Hb、Hct、STP、网织红细胞计数升高的水平和FIB的改善均优于对照组(P<0.05),且网织红细胞计数达到高峰的时间早于对照组(P<0.05),波动幅度较对照组平稳;治疗组红细胞脆性抗幅增大及症状、体征的改善也优于对照组(P<0.01);且对SF、TS、血压、PLT及电解质无明显影响。结论:中西医结合治疗肾性贫血疗效较单纯西医治疗好。
Objective：To observe the Chinese and Western medicine treatment（TCM - WM）of the Renal anemia of Chronic renal failure（CRF） of maintained hemodialysis （HD）. Methods ：The clinical characteristics ,diagnosis of 36 cases with the Renal anemia of CRF of maintained HD, all the cases were treated by the TCM - WM. And then compared with 36 cases who were treated by only western medicine. Results：The total effective rate of the treatment group of 91.67%, which are significantly better than the control group of 69.44% （P 〈0. 05） ;The count of RBC,Hh,Hct,STP,reticulocyte and the improvement level of FIB in the treatment group are better than in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05）, the time to peak of reticnlocyte count earlier than the control group（P 〈0. 05） ,and the fluctuations are More stable than the control group;It is better for the anti-erythrecyte fragility and the improvement of symptoms, signs in the treatment group than in tile control group （P 〈 0. 01 ） ;And have no significant effect in SF, TS,blood pressure,PLT and electrolytes. Conclusion：It is better in using the TCM combined with WM treatment than only in using Western medicine treatment.
