摘要
复方青骨凝胶是在治疗腰腿痛的有效中药汤剂验方的基础上，以青风藤、骨碎补、大黄、四方木皮、杜仲等19味中药配伍，并以卡波姆为辅料制成的、具有缓释作用的新型复方中药外用凝胶剂，对风湿、类风湿引起的关节痛疗效确切。方中骨碎补为该制剂抗炎的主药之一。文献幢0报道骨碎补中含有柚皮素（naringin，1）。为更好地控制质量，本研究参考文献，采用HPLC法测定1，方法简捷准确，可作为其质控方法。
An HPLC method was established for the determination of naringin in Fufang Qinggu gel. A C18 column was used with the mobile phase of methanol-water-acetic acid （46 ： 53 ： 1） at the detection wavelength of 288 rim. The calibration curve was linear in the concentration range of 0.05 - 0.25 mg/ml. The average recovery was 98.3 %, with RSD of 0.8 %.
