摘要
针对醋酐装置高速泵转速较高(密封端面线速度大于25m/s),动部件产生的离心力较大,输送介质的特殊性(有毒、易挥发、强腐蚀)以及密封腔温度较高且介质易汽化等特点,设计了静止式平衡型机械密封。计算了端面摩擦热,为提高换热能力将动环设计为辅助螺纹泵送环。现场运行表明,主泵运转时该泵送环可以为隔离液提供合适的泵送压力,提高隔离液的循环速度及时带走密封面的摩擦热,满足机械密封冷却和润滑的要求。
High-speed pump was used in the acetic anhydride plant. According to its characteristics of high rotation speed ( linear speed of the sealing end is higher than 25 m/s) , large centrifugal force created by moving parts of the mechanical seal, the particularity of the medium it conveyed ( poisonous, volatile, corrosive), high temperature of the sealing cavity and easy vaporization of the conveyed medium for high-speed pump used in acetic anhydride production line, static conformation balanced mechanical seal was designed. Friction heat of the end surface was calculated, and thread pumping ring was designed on the moving ring in order to improve heat exchange. The result of site operation shows that when the main pump works, this pumping ring can provide appropriate pressure for the separation liquid, improve the separation liquid cycle speed and take away the friction heat in time, and satisfy the cooling and lubrication requirements of mechanical seal.
