摘要
目的探讨健康教育改善急性乙型肝炎病人的治疗依从性。方法对250例住院乙型肝炎病人按出院顺序单双数随机分组,单数者为观察组,双数者为对照组,每组125例。对观察组病人出院后进行随防和护理指导,对照组不采取任何护理干预措施,观察两组病人的治疗依从性及病情变化。结果观察组病人治疗依从性明显优于对照组(P〈0.05或P〈0.01),观察组病人肝功能正常率明显高于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论健康教育能有效提高乙型肝炎病人的治疗依从性及肝功能的恢复。
Objective To investigate the health education to improve the compliance of treatment of hepatitis B patients. Methods 250 cases with hepatitis B were randomly divided into two groups by leaving hospital order. In the observation group (n = 125), patients were followed up and directed by nursing after leaving hospital. In the control group ( n = 125 ), none of any nursing measures was used, in order to observe the compliance of treatment and disease progressed. Results The compliance of treatment between two groups was performed using the X2 test differently. There was significantly different ( P 〈 0. 01 or P 〈 0. 05 ) . The compliance of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group. Normal rate of the liver function between two groups was performed using the X^2 test. There was significantly different (P 〈 0. 05) . Normal rate of the liver function in the observation group was higher than that in the control group. Conclusions Health education could effectively improve the compliance of treatment of patients with hepatitis B, in favor of the recovery of the liver function.
