高性能战斗机飞行员脑应激疲劳时脑血流平均速度与心脑功能的变化 被引量:1

The relation of mean blood velocity and cardiac-cerebral function during high performance fighter pilot's cerebral fatigue in stress

摘要 目的:为飞行员心脑功能鉴定提供实验方法和依据。方法:测试45名飞行员[年龄25~31岁,平均(27.5±2.6)岁]在完成5h“连续操作”任务诱发脑应激疲劳(CFS)期间的同步经颅多普勒超声(TCD)的脑血流平均速度(Vm),并分析其与心脑功能指标间的变化关系。结果:在持续认知操作活动后期(〉4h),大脑后动脉Vm先于中动脉下降,出现晕厥前症状(PSS)时,心率变异(HRV)、脑电8z功率指数(PIβ2)、连续操作能力指数(NAI)与Vm均同步降低,表明心脑出现了严重抑制。结论:HRV、PIβ2、NAI与Vm都是反映PSS或立位耐力(OT)降低的敏感指标。 Objective:To provide with effective identification of pilots,cardiac-cerebral function evidences and methods. Methods: Forty-five male pilots [aged 25 - 31, mean (27. 6±2. 5)] were tested with 5-hour consecutive performance tasks by transcranial Doppler sonography. The parameters of Vm, heart rate variability(HRV), EEG power index β2 (PIβ2),and neurobehavioral ability index (NAI) were compared respectively. Results: In the last stage of consecutive performance tasks(〉4 h), Vm in PCA declined more early than that of MCA. When presyncopy occurred, the decrement of HRV.PIβ2 .NAI and Vm were observed synchronously. Conclusion: The parameters of HRV,PIβ2. NAI and Vm were sensitive to indicate the apperance of presyncopy sympotom(PSS) or poor orthostatic tolerance(OT).
