摘要
本文旨在探讨添加不同剂量的β-葡聚糖对齐口裂腹鱼生长及免疫功能的影响。选择健康均重为(67.97±6.99)g的齐口裂腹鱼432尾,随机分为6组,每组6个重复,每个重复12尾,分别饲喂在基础日粮中添加0、250、500、1 000、2 000和4 000 mg/kgβ-葡聚糖的试验日粮,于试验的第14天、第28天、第42天和第56天取样,测定各组相对增重率、血液白细胞吞噬率、红细胞吞噬率、血浆溶菌酶活力、补体C_3、IgM和肠道SIgA的含量。结果表明:(1)500 mg/kg剂量组的相对增重率在第56天显著(P<0.05)高于对照组,而2 000和4 000mg/kg组显著(P<0.05)低于对照组;(2)500 mg/kg组的白细胞吞噬率、红细胞吞噬率、补体C_3和IgM含量从第14天至第56天均显著或极显著(P<0.05或P<0.01)高于对照组;1 000 mg/kg组的白细胞吞噬率、红细胞吞噬率、溶菌酶活力、补体C_3含量从第14天至第56天均显著或极显著(P<0.05或P<0.01)高于对照组,且在第56天肠道SIgA的含量也显著(P<0.05)高于对照组;2 000 mg/kg组的白细胞吞噬率、红细胞吞噬率、溶菌酶活力、补体C_3和IgM含量及4 000 mg/kg组的溶菌酶活力、补体C_3和IgM含量在第14天均显著或极显著(P<0.05或P<0.01)高于对照组,但至第56天2 000和4 000 mg/kg组的白细胞吞噬率、IgM含量均显著或极显著低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。由此得出:(1)日粮中添加500 mg/kgβ-葡聚糖能促进齐口裂腹鱼生长;(2)日粮中添加500和1 000 mg/kg的β-葡聚糖能增强齐口裂腹鱼的免疫功能;(3)添加高剂量(2 000和4 000 mg/kg)的β-葡聚糖在短期内(至第14天)具有增强免疫功能的作用,但随作用时间延长(至第56天),免疫功能反而下降,同时还抑制齐口裂腹鱼的生长;(4)500~1 000 mg/kg可作为β-葡聚糖在齐口裂腹鱼上应用的推荐使用量。
The experiment was conducted to study the effects of β-glucan on growth and immunity function of Schizothorax prenanti Tchang. Four hundred and thirty-two healthy Schizothorax prenanti Tchang with an average body weight of (67.97 ± 6.99) g were randomly divided into 6 groups with 6 replicates in each group and 12 fish in each replicate. Six levels (0, 250, 500, 1 000, 2 000 and 4 000 mg/kg) of β-glucan were added in the diets of 6 groups, respectively. On the 14th, 28th, 42th, 56th day of the experiment, relative weight rate, leukocyte phagocytic percentage, erythrocyte phagocytic percentage in blood, lysozyme activity, content of complement C3, IgM in serum and SIgA in intestine were determined. The results showed that: 1) the relative weight rate in 500 mg/kg group was significantly higher (P〈0.05), while 2 000 and 4 000 mg/kg groups were significantly lower than that in control group (P〈0.05) on the 56th day; 2) the leukocyte phagocytic percentage, erythrocyte phagocytic percentage, content of complement C3 and IgM in 500 mg/kg group were significantly higher (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01) than that in control group from 14th to 56th day;the leukocyte phagocytic percentage, erythrocyte phagocytic percentage, lysozyme activity, content of complement C3 in 1 000 mg/kg group were significantly higher (P〈0.05) than that in control group from 14th to 56th day and the intestinal SIgA in this group was significantly higher (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01) than that in control group on the 56th day; the leukocyte phagocytic percentage, erythrocytes phagocytic percentages, lysozyme activity, content of complement C3 and IgM in 2 000 mg/kg group and lysozyme activity, content of complement C3 and IgM in 4 000 mg/kg group were significantly higher (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01) on the 14th day while the leukocyte phagocytic percentage, content of IgM in these two groups were significantly lower (P〈0.05 or P, 0.01) than that in control group on the 56th day.
