摘要
为适应干部教育培训面临的新形势、新任务,中井院要深入挖掘好井冈山独特的历史资源,以更宽广的视野拓展井冈山精神研究的维度,全面把握井冈山时期共产党人党性党风党纪的丰富内涵,按照党性党风党纪教育培训的要求,形成更完整的红色教学资源网络。要做好历史与现实相结合、理论与实际相结合、内容与形式相结合以及激情与理性的统一,切实提高领导干部党性党风党纪教育的实效。要重点抓好"品牌班次、精品课程、名师工程、品牌管理"这四大品牌建设,全力打造以党性党风党纪教育为核心的"井冈模式"。
To adapt to the new situation and new tasks faced by cadre education and training, we must deeply dig the unique historical resources of Jinggangshan, expand the dimensions of studies on the Jinggangshan spirit from a wider visual field, fully master the enriched connotation of the party spirit, conduct and discipline of the CPC during struggle in Jinggangshan, and complete the red teaching resource network according to the requirements of party spirit, conduct and discipline education. We must do well the combination of history with reality, the combination of theory with practice, the combination of content and form, and the unity of passion with ration, thus enhancing the effectiveness of the party spirit, conduct and discipline education for leading cadres. We must do well the construction of ＂brand classes, brand courses, brand teachers, and brand management＂, so as to build the ＂Jinggangshan model＂ centered on party spirit, conduct and discipline education.
