摘要 通过试验,建立了在酸性介质中,吸收波长为440nm、以聚乙烯醇(PVA)作稳定剂测定高纯磷酸锌中硫酸根的分光比浊分析方法。试验考察了PVA浓度、PVA存在下体系的稳定时间、盐酸加入量、氯化钡加入方式、温度等因素对该法的影响并进行优化。该法可用于硫酸根含量在2~10mg·L^-1范围内的测定,方法检出限为1.66mg·L^-1,变异系数(CV)为0.97%,回收率在96%~103%,测量时间可保持60min,样品分析结果与离子色谱法(IC)基本一致。 A spectroscopic-turbidity method for determination of sulfate in high-purity zinc phosphate in acid medium was set up through tests, in which the absorption wavelength was 440nm and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) was applied as stabilizing agent. The influence factors, such as PVA concentration, stabilization time of the system under the existent of PVA, the volume of hydrochloric acid required, adding ways of barium chloride, temperature etc., were studied and optimized. The method could be used to determine SO4^2-within the scope of 2 --10 mg/L, the detection limit was 1.66 mg/L, coefficient of variation (CV) was 0.97%, the recovery rate was 96 % --103 % , measurement time could be maintained 60min, and the results of sample analysis were basically consistent by ion chromatography(IC) method.
