摘要
应用数字化工厂技术,对某叶片厂的叶片制造的工作流,信息流数字化,采用基于应用平台的交互和集成方法实现原材料到叶片成品在各部门生产的数据集成,并通过上游部门对下游部门质量的保证和信息的控制,从而对叶片的制造实现了全面质量管理。在此理论基础上,根据C/S开发模式,采用Power Builder9.0和SQL2000开发了面向叶片生产的质量管理系统。
By the application of digital factory technology,digitalize the work flow and information flow of the blades of a plant,based on the application of cross-platform and integration method to achieve the data integration from raw materials to finished product in the production sectors ,and through the quality Assurance and information control from the upper sectors to the downstream sector,makes the manufacturer to achieve a total quality management. In this theory and based on C/S develop model,we develop a quality management system for the production of the blade by using PowerBuilder 9.0 and SQL2000.
