摘要
压缩机叶片截面是由复杂曲线构成形状复杂的平面,它的几何特性是叶片强度、刚度以及动态特性分析的基础参数。针对叶片截面复杂的特点,分析了截面数据,给出了叶片截面曲线拟合、积分和截面几何特性计算的算法;设计了程序实现流程;根据该流程,在MATLAB环境下设计了系统界面、叶片截面曲线拟合程序、几何特性计算程序、程序使用方便。通过实例对程序进行了验证,结果表明程序运行速度快、计算结果精确。
Cross-section of the compressor blades by the complex shape of the curve constitute the complex plane, which is characterized by the geometry of the blade strength, rigidity and dynamic characteristics analysis parameters. It aimed at the complex characteristics of the cross-section, the author analysis the data of the cross-section, gives the cross-section blade curve fitting, integral and the geometric properties of the calculation method;designs procedures to achieve process;in accordance with the process, in the MATLAB environment, the author also designs the system interface, blades cross-section curve fitting procedures and the procedures for calculating geometric features. Through verification process by examples, the program is easy to use, and the results show that it runs fast and is accurate.
