摘要
目的:探讨小剂量咪达唑仑对丙泊酚静脉麻醉中循环功能及术后苏醒的影响。方法:选择ASAI-II级行择期手术病人40例,随机分成丙泊酚麻醉组(A组)、咪达唑仑丙泊酚麻醉组(B组)2组,每组20例。术前30min肌注阿托品0.5mg,苯巴比妥钠0.1g。A组给予芬太尼100μg,丙泊酚2mg/kg,阿曲库铵0.6~0.8mg/kg诱导,B组咪芬合剂(咪达唑仑2mg,芬太尼100μg),丙泊酚2.0mg/kg,阿曲库铵0.6~0.8mg/kg诱导,然后观察其麻醉过程循环功能及麻醉后苏醒情况。结果:麻醉诱导时A组意识消失时间长于B组(P<0.05),术中B组病人循环功能较A组稳定(P<0.05),麻醉后苏醒时间较A组长(P<0.05),两组病人术后不良反应均较轻。结论:小剂量咪达唑仑复合丙泊酚静脉麻醉优于单纯异丙酚静脉麻醉。
Objective: To observe the effect of midazolam in low dosage on circulation and awaking process of intravenous anesthesia with propofol. Methods: Forty ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ Patients undergoing selective procedures were randomly divided into two groups: group A(propofol group,n=20)and group B (propofol and midazolam group,n=20). The changes of blood pressure and heart rate, and awaking process were observed. Results: The induction time in group A was longer than that in group B (P〈0.05).The blood pressure in group B was more stable than that in group A(P〈0.05).The awaking in group A was faster than that in group B (P〈0.05).No serious adverse effects were found in both groups. Conclusion: Intravenous anesthesia with low-dose midazolam and propofol was better than that with propofol alone.
