摘要
以电火花加工淬火钢螺纹孔为实例,探讨了电火花加工螺纹的原理和特点,并对工具电极的制作和装夹调校以及为确保加工质量所应采取的措施作了说明。
The principle and feature of EDMing internal thread is introduced through the example of machining internal thread on hardened steel. Moreover, the making, clamping, and adjusting of tool electrode are presented. Some measures to control the quality of product is proposed as well.
