超声引导与X线引导下腔静脉滤器植入术的对比观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的对比超声引导与X线引导在下腔静脉滤器(IVCF)植入术中的应用价值。方法将60例下肢深静脉血栓形成的患者分为超声引导组和X线引导组进行IVCF植入术,比较两组植入时间、技术成功率、滤器倾斜率、住院费用等。结果超声引导组比X线引导组滤器植入时间短(P<0.001),植入费用低,且无放射线辐射;植入成功率和滤器倾斜率两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论与X线引导相比,超声引导IVCF植入术简便易行,无放射线、费用低廉,具有较高的临床应用价值。 Objective To compare the value of ultrasound and X-ray for guidance of inferior vena cava filter(IVCF) placement.Methods Sixty patients with lower extremity deep venous thrombosis(LEDVT) were treated by IVCF placement under the guidance of ultrasound and X-ray.The time,the success ratios,fee of placement,obliquity ratios of IVCF of the 2 groups were compared.Results The time and fee of placement were less under the guidance of ultrasound than under the guidance of X-ray(P〈0.001),and radiation exposure was avoided under the guidance of ultrasound.The success and obliquity ratios of placement were similar in two groups(P〉0.05).Conclusion Compared with X-ray guidance,ultrasound-guided IVCF placement is simple,feasible and less cost and has no radiation exposure,which provides important clinical value.
