化疗所致黏膜炎的研究进展

摘要 黏膜炎是化疗所致的一种最常见的不良反应,发生率达40%~76%,严重时影响了化疗的进程和疾病的预后。目前研究认为,其病理机制是黏膜各层组织之间相互作用的生物学结果。其防治方法多种多样,包括对症治疗、药物治疗、冷冻疗法、细胞因子和生长因子治疗等,但都尚无明确定论。现对黏膜炎的发生机制及干预治疗的研究进展进行总结。 Mucositis is the most common side effect of chemotherapy,its incidence is approximately 40% to 76% which drastically affects the prognosis of the diseases and the treatment process. Recent research demonstrated that pathobiology was involved,and it is the result of interplay between all components of the mucosa. There are many methods including symptomatic treatment,medication,cryotherapy,and the use of cytokine and growth factor that can prevent and treat mucositis. But they are not well-defined. Recent advances on the pathogenesis and interventional treatment of mucositis are reviewed in detail below.
