摘要
湖泊型旅游度假区是中国度假区中一种重要的类型,占有较大的比重。处于旅游转型期的湖泊型旅游度假区面临快速发展阶段,其规划对于湖泊型旅游度假区的发展尤为重要。以"浙江省淳安千岛湖旅游度假区"为例,结合旅游规划AVC三力理论,研究规划中所遇到的问题,从项目定位、生态保护、土地利用、开发容量、开发模式、土地出让等方面提出了规划方案和实施建议,为湖泊型旅游度假区的可持续发展提供借鉴。
The lake tourism resort is one important kind of resorts in China and is in a large proportion. The lake tourism resort in the tourism transition period is facing a rapid development phase, and the planning is especially important for its development. With Chun＇an Qiandaohu Tourism Resort of Zhejiang Province as the example, and by combining the AVC theory in tourism planning, the problems in the planning are studied, and planning proposals and implementation suggestions are put forward from the aspects of project positioning, ecological protection, land use, development capacity, development pattern, and land transfer, which provides reference for the sustainable development of lake tourism resorl.
