摘要
为满足经济全球化对国际化人才的需求,并实现自身跨越式发展,地方大学应积极探索如何培养国际化人才。笔者认为应从培养目标、培养过程、评价体系等方面去探索构建地方大学国际化人才培养模式。
In order to meet the demands of economic globalization for internationalized talents, and to achieve the great-leap-forward development, local universities need to actively explore ways and modes of cultivating internationalized talents. The writers of this article hold the view that local universities should construct modes of cultivating internationalized talents from the following aspects： objectives, processes and evaluation systems of higher edueatin.
