摘要
教师的工作绩效不仅取决于能力,也取决于受激励的程度,它是计量教师绩效薪酬的基础。运用模糊评价方法,可以制定针对高校教师绩效薪酬水平的方法与模型。
Not only decided by ability, also decided is the foundation of deciding pay-for-performance. By proposes the method and model of deciding college pay by the degree of drove, teacher's performance application of the fuzzy appraisal, the paper for-performance.
