摘要
为探讨开搏通（CPT）对慢性充血性心力衰竭（CHF）左室舒张功能的疗效，应用彩色多普勒超声技术测定左室舒张早期二尖瓣血流峰值速度（E），心房收期血流峰值速度（A）及A／E等参数，评价左室舒张功能。对36例强心、利尿治疗效果欠佳的慢性CHF伴左室舒张功能异常患者，加服CPT治疗6～8周。36例慢性CHF左室舒张功能较加用CPT前明显改善（P＜0．05），显效率44．4％，总有效率83．3％。CPT能改善患者左室舒张功能，与强心、利尿药物联用治疗CHF效果好，值得临床推广。
To verify the effect of Capoton (CPT) on left ventricular diastolic function in patients with chronic congestive heart failure, the colour Doppler echocardiography was used to detect the maximal mitral bloodstream velocity in early left ventricular diastole (E), left atrial systole (A) and A/E ratio and evaluate left ventricular diastolic function. Thirty-six cases of chronic CHF with abnormal left ventricular diastolic function were treated with cardiotonic and duretic and the curative effect was uncertain . Additional treatment with CPT was given to the patients for 6 - 8 weeks. The left ventricular diastolic function in 36 patients with chronic CHF was evidently improved (P < 0. 05). The remarkable effective rate and total effective rate were 44. 4% and 83. 3 %,respectively. It is suggested that left ventricular diastolic function can be improved in the use of CPT , cardiotonic and duretic . CPT is valualle to wide use in clinic .
