摘要
20世纪80年代以来,中国工业级以上磷化工产品的发展走的是以黄磷为基本原料的工艺路线。在黄磷生产过程中,每生产1t黄磷将产生2800~3200Nm3的尾气。黄磷尾气富含一氧化碳,且含有硫、磷、砷、氟、氰化物和原料粉尘等杂质。综述了黄磷尾气的综合利用现状、综合利用的价值和尾气净化技术现状,指出:要加快开发与用途相适应的新净化技术和新工艺,即选择性地脱除有害杂质,满足使用要求即可,最大限度地降低尾气净化成本。黄磷尾气中富含的一氧化碳,净化后可用于开发甲酸钠、甲酸钙、甲酸钾、甲酸、甲醇、醋酸等产品。
Since 1980s, phosphorus chemical products, above industrial level, were taking the process route that using yellow phosphorus as fundamental raw material in China. In the production, 2 800 - 3 200 Nm3 tail gas will be produced while producing every 1 t yellow phosphorus. Yellow phosphorus tail gas is rich in carbon monoxide and contains sulfur, phosphorus, arsenic, fluorine, cyanide, raw material dust, and other impurities. Current situation and importance of compre- hensive utilization of yellow phosphorus tail gas, as well as the technical aspect of purification, were summarized. It was pointed out that it's quite necessary to accelerate development of new techniques and technologies to adapt to different uses, namely remove the harmful impurities selectively to just meet the specific requirement of each target field so as to minimize the cost of tail gas purification. Carbon monoxide riching in tail gas of yellow phosphours can be used to develop many products, such as sodium formate, calcium formate, potassium formate ,formic acid, methanol, and acetic acid after purification.
