摘要
医疗质量智能管理信息系统通过计算机技术、图像处理技术、数据库技术及诊疗技术,与诊疗规范、核心规章制度等密切结合,以"医疗质量管理"为核心,以强大的临床医疗规则知识库为后盾,以"医疗事务"为主线,以"医疗规则"为主要手段,在医疗过程中及时引导和纠正偏离医疗规则的行为;通过"标准-检查-改进"的不断循环,持续完善和补充"医疗规则",从而形成一套医疗质量智能管理体系。本研究拟将一种新型的医疗质量管理形式应用于医院的医政管理、临床科室质量管理、医技科室质量管理以及医生的日常诊疗业务中,是在临床医学质量管理上的创新应用,也为医疗质量管理提出了新的思路和尝试。
The intelligent management information system of medical quality, through the computer technology, image processing technology, database technology and diagnosis as well as treatment technology, closely combining with criteria of diagnosis and treatment and the key rules and regulations, takes the ＂medical quality management＂ as the core, the strong knowledge base of clinical medical rules as the backup force, the ＂medical affair＂ as the main line, and the ＂medical rule＂ as the main measures, to lead and correct actions deviating from the medical rules during the medical treatment in time. By the incessant circulation of ＂standard-check-improvement＂ , it continuously improves and supplements the ＂medical rule＂ , so as to form a medical quality intelligent management system. This research plans to apply a new medical quality management form in hospital＇ s medical administration, quality management of clinical department and medical technology department, as well as doctor＇ s daily diagnosis and treatment business, which is an innovative application in clinical medical quality management, and puts forward the new thought and attempt for the medical quality management.
