摘要
目的探讨男性与女性老年人住院疾病谱的特点,为有针对性地做好老年人的疾病预防治疗和控制提供参考依据。方法对四川省2006年老年男性与女性住院疾病谱资料进行分析。结果不同性别老年人住院疾病谱的描述:(1)老年男性与女性住院疾病谱总体的顺位有较高的一致度(rs=0.9456,P<0.05)。(2)老年男性与女性住院疾病构成比的差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。男性以呼吸系统疾病为多见,女性则以消化系统疾病多见;男性患者中肿瘤的比例(10.59%)高于女性(7.11%);男性以生殖器疾病多见,女性则以泌尿系疾病多见;老年女性因骨折所致住院比例明显高于男性。结论应根据不同性别老年人疾病谱的各自特点,有针对性地开展老年人的疾病预防控制和治疗,提高老年人的生活质量,实现健康老龄化。
Objective To study the characteristics of disease spectrum of elderly male and female inpaticnts, and to provide reference to prevention, treatment and control of senile diseases with clear objectives. Methods Disease spectrum data of elderly male and female inpatients of Sichuan province of 2006 was analyzed. Results Descriptions of disease spectrum of elderly inpatients of different genders are followings： （1）general cis-positions of disease spectrum of elderly male and female inpatients are highly consistent（rs = 0. 9456, P 〈 0.05）. （2） Constituent ratios of disease spectrum of elderly inpatients differed significantly （P 〈 0.05）. Respiratory diseases are common in males, while digestive system diseases are common in females; Ratio of Cancer patients is higher in males （10.59%） than in females （7.11% ）; genital diseases are common in males, while urinary diseases are common in females; proportion of fracture inpatients is significantly higher in females than males. Conclusion Prevention, treatment and control of senile diseases should be earried out with clear objectives according to characteristics of disease spectrum of elderly of different genders to improve their life quality and realize healthy aging.
