摘要
以社会消费品零售总额为基本指标,构建表征省域单元商业发达水平的商业发达指数和商业吸引力指数,及我国商业发展的空间梯度差异。在梯度差异研究的基础上,探讨我国商业发展差异的影响因素。结果表明:经济发展水平和城镇化水平是最主要的因素,市场发育水平和交通通达性也是重要影响因子。
Taking retail sales of consumer goods as basic index, the paper constructs commercial developed index and commercial attractive index, which token the level of commercial development of provinces in our country. On the basic of grads difference study, it probes into influence factors of the difference of business development. The result shows economic development level and the level of urbanization are the most important factors, and the level of market development and transport accessibility are also important influence factors.
