摘要
多相同步整流技术因具有诸多优点而成为实现现代超导电源的优选。实现该拓扑的主要问题是要实现并联各路输出电流的均流。详细分析了均流问题产生的原因,提出了RC谐振式无损电流测量方法,讨论了该方法的具体实现,最后简要介绍了均流环并联方式的控制拓扑结构。
Multi-phase synchronized rectifier is well solution for CPU and superconductive magnet's power supply.The key technique of this power supply is how to implement current-share.The paper introduces the reason about using the currentsharing technique.Then the loss-less current measure method of single-way's output in resonance RC circuit is introduced. Finally, a novel control topology is presented.
