摘要
介绍了基于预付卡的医院门诊收费管理系统的功能、网络结构及系统所采用Oralce数据库和前台开发工具Visual Basic的特点和性能。在分析门诊收费的业务流程基础上,设计出数据库的逻辑结构和前台应用程序的功能模块和可视化的界面。系统基于C/S模式,具有速度快、安全性好、数据完整性好等特点。
In this paper, the features, network architecture of the hospital outpatient charges management system which is based on prepaid card are discussed,the characteristics and the performance of Oralce databases and Visual Basic used as development tools in the system are described also. After analysising outpatient charges business processes ,the logic structure of the database ,the function modules and and a visualization interface of the foreground application are designed. The system which is based on C/S mode has fast, high security, and good data integrity characteristics.
