附睾乳头状间皮瘤超声表现1例

Ultrasonographic appearance of papillary mesothelioma of epididymis:report of one case
摘要
病例男，63岁。因右侧阴囊肿胀8月余来院诊治，阴囊局部无疼痛，无尿频、尿急、尿痛，无肉眼血尿史，无外伤史。局部检查发现右侧阴囊肿大显著，阴囊皮肤未见红肿和增厚，右侧睾丸及附睾未能清楚触及。高频彩超检查：右侧睾丸大小形态正常，实质回声均匀，阴囊见大片无回声区，右侧附睾头部显示不清，
